How water is made from air

The most abundant source of fresh water is the Earth’s atmosphere. When atmospheric humidity condenses, it falls as rain. Akvo® atmospheric water generators use a similar process  known as the air-to-water technology. Air-to-water technology is the process of converting water vapor in the air (humidity) to water. Akvo® replicates this natural process of condensation by simulating the dew point, which allows it to make clean drinking water continuously.

Akvo® Atmospheric Water Generators are humidity and temperature-driven Appliances. This means the Appliance’s ability to generate water depends entirely on the level of humidity and atmospheric temperature.

The air has a lot of water in it but also a lot of dust and other micro-particles. Akvo® atmospheric water generators have a powerful organic filtration process that takes in a large amount of air and outputs pure, clean and delicious drinking water.

Akvo’s Industrial units are scaleable and interfaced in sequence to fulfil the most sizeable water requirements. These models have been designed to work in most arid environments with humidity levels as low as 30%.
